for member forms and other information

Riders must be at least 18 years to join Primetime Riders and 21 years to belong to the Old People Riding Club.  For 2009 the total fee to join both clubs is $40  People between 18 and 21 may only belong to the Primetime Riders.PTR- dues $18 (NOTE - riders up to age 21 may join a local branch of the United States Pony Club)
